Download both versions of the scorecard and study them to determine which versions you want to use, and to become familiar with the contents.
Assemble stakeholder group (as many as possible – you may not get them all).
Identify any external resources you may need.
Secure permission and budget.
Hold workshop either to complete the short-form version or initiate the work for the long form version.
Complete the long-form version (if applicable)
