The Coastal Resilience Scorecard (CRS), is a free tool that extends the UN City Disaster Resilience Scorecard (“the City Scorecard”) to provide in-depth coverage of the complex issues around building disaster resilience in coastal cities. If application is repeated (for example, annually), it can also be used to track progress.
The Public Health Addendum (PHA) is a free tool created by UNDRR with support from WHO to enhance the UN City Disaster Resilience Scorecard. It expands the Scorecard’s focus to better include public health aspects of disasters that were previously underrepresented. The PHA is meant to be used alongside the City Scorecard and WHO’s Health Emergency and Disaster Risk Management (Health EDRM) Framework.
The UN City Disaster Resilience Scorecard (“the scorecard”) is a free1 tool for cities to “baseline” their current level of resilience so that they can develop well-targeted programs to improve that resilience. If application is repeated (for example, annually), it can also be used to track progress.
